Broadband Retentions | Inbound Sales | Existing Customers
We’re recruiting for Telesales Advisors to join a busy broadband sales and retention team, speaking to existing residential customers over the phone. This is an inbound sales role, so you won’t be making cold calls. Customers are already using the service, and you’ll have conversations around their current package, their needs and the options available to them, including upgrades, additional products and retention.
We’re looking for people with at least 12 months' sales experience who are confident working towards targets and comfortable having commercial conversations with customers.

What you’ll be doing
- Take inbound calls from existing residential broadband customers
- Understand the customer’s needs and reason for calling
- Discuss broadband packages, products and upgrades
- Have retention conversations and work to keep customers with the business
- Identify opportunities to increase sales and recommend suitable products
- Handle customer objections and explain the benefits of available options
- Work towards individual sales and performance targets
- Accurately record customer information and call outcomes
What we’re looking for
- You’ll ideally have at least 12 months' experience in a sales role, particularly where you’ve worked towards targets and had regular conversations with customers.
- Experience in broadband, telecoms or another subscription-based service would be a major advantage, but it’s not essential.
- Relevant backgrounds could include:
- Broadband or telecoms sales
- Retail sales

- Insurance or financial services sales
- Utilities or energy sales
- Other customer-facing sales roles
