Role: CNC Operative - Backshift
Location: Brompton on Swale
Hours: Monday to Thursday, 2:30pm-11pm and Friday 2:30pm-8pm
This position is working on the backshift Monday to Friday with overtime available on Saturdays. The successful candidate will have previous experience within a CNC role, ideally within a structural steel environment. This is a temporary to permanent opportunity so it's a great opportunity to get your foot in the door and secure long term work.
What you’ll be doing:
- Efficient operation of the CNC machinery
- Follow the daily processing checklist
- Monitoring the performance and maintenance of preparation lines
- Liaise with Voortman on breakdowns

- Previous experience within a CNC position
- Self motivated and can work on own initiative
- Organised and able to prioritise workload
