TheRole
AsaPropertyValuer,youwillplayakeyroleingeneratingnewbusinessandmaintainingstrongrelationshipswithclients.Youwillberesponsibleforcarryingoutmarketappraisals,winninginstructions,andhelpingvendorsachievethebestpossibleresults.
KeyResponsibilities
- Conductpropertyvaluationsandmarketappraisals
- Generatenewinstructionsandbusinessopportunities
- Buildandmaintainstrongrelationshipswithvendors
- Provideexpertadviceonpricing,marketingstrategies,andlocalmarketconditions
- Workcloselywiththesalesteamtoensuresuccessfulpropertytransactions
