Salary: GBP14.4 - GBP14.83 per annum
Must have full Right to Work in the UK
Must have FLT Licence
Must process basic maths & Measurement skills
Starting days Monday to Friday - 06.00 - 14.00 & 14.00 -then moving to evenings 2pm - 12pm Monday to Thursday with Friday off !!!
We are looking forProduction Operatives to join our ever expanding manufacturing Client. You will play an important role in producing high-quality Commercial & Domestic products.
You will work as part of a team to operate machinery, follow production processes and help ensure products are manufactured safely, efficiently and to the required quality standards.
What you will be doing:
- Safely operate production machinery and plant
- Manufacture high-quality products
- Follow production procedures and work instructions accurately
- Carry out a range of manual production tasks
- Complete production and quality records accurately
- Monitor the production process and help maintain product quality
- Identify and report machinery or production issues and help find solutions
- Help keep machinery and equipment running efficiently
- Work towards achieving daily production targets
- Work closely with colleagues and technical staff as part of a production team
- Follow all Health & Safety procedures and company standards
- Maintain good attention to detail and ensure processes are followed correctly
- Take part in continuous improvement and problem-solving activities
