Responsibilities

  • Provide exceptional customer service by handling inbound and outbound calls.
  • Assist patients with enquiries, resolve issues, and give accurate information about medical services.
  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from patients regarding booking or managing service appointments or follow‑up treatments.
  • Address customer concerns, troubleshoot problems, and provide solutions in a timely and professional manner.
  • Liaise with patients to encourage attendance.
  • Accurately document patient interactions, feedback, and follow‑up actions where required.
  • Strive to meet performance targets to enhance personal development.
  • Uphold a professional, friendly, and empathetic attitude when interacting with patients and colleagues.
  • Maintain and ensure observation of robust quality assurance measures to meet national standards.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in a customer‑focused role; open to backgrounds in sales, contact centre, health and medical, telecoms, hospitality, retail, and aviation.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Approachable, dedicated, and hardworking.
  • Ability to handle sensitive conversations with empathy and resilience.
  • Successful candidates will be required to provide and pass referencing.

Hours & Working Conditions

  • Working on a rota basis between Monday and Friday, opening hours 8am‑8pm, occasional Saturday 8am‑1pm.
  • 37.5 hours per week.
  • Shift pattern rota basis.
