The Role
We are currently recruiting for an FLT counterbalance driver to join a busy warehouse operation in the Middlewich area.
This is a hands‑on role within a fast‑paced environment, supporting the movement and handling of stock across the site.
Duties will include
- Operating a B1 Counterbalance truck to move stock throughout the warehouse.
- Transporting pallets safely and efficiently.
- Order picking and packing goods ready for dispatch.
- Manual handling, including hand‑balling stock and wrapping pallets.
- Work both independently and as part of a team to ensure operational targets are met.
Experience / Skills Required
- Valid, in‑date B1 FLT licence is essential (in‑house licences accepted).
- Previous experience working within a warehouse environment.
- Ability to carry out manual handling tasks, including lifting up to 25 kg.
- Minimum of 1 year of experience within a comparable role.
