JDR are proud to partner with a leading law firm based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. We are looking for a confident and motivated Claimant Personal Injury Solicitor to join our clients well-established PI team. This is an excellent opportunity for a Solicitor who enjoys managing their own caseload and delivering exceptional client service within a supportive and highly experienced team.

The role:

  • Manage your own caseload of predominantly EL/PL claims, alongside RTA and disease matters, handling files from initial instruction through to settlement.
  • Managing your own PI caseload independently.
  • Draft legal documents, witness statements and schedules of loss.
  • Handle MOJ Portal submissions.
  • Liaise with clients, medical experts and third parties.
  • Conduct legal research and stay up to date with PI law and procedure.
  • Work towards individual and team targets while maintaining high service standards.

About you:

  • 1–7 years PQE or equivalent experience.
  • Strong litigation and caseload management experience.
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
  • Good working knowledge of the MOJ Pre-Action Protocol and CPR.
  • Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • A professional, proactive and client-focused approach.
