JDR Recruitment is currently seeking three Night Shift Production Operatives to join a busy and fast-paced manufacturing environment within the Router Department. This is an excellent opportunity for reliable and hardworking individuals to secure long-term, stable employment with consistent night shift hours.
Key Responsibilities
- Operating machinery within the router department
- Sanding and finishing materials to required quality standards
- Loading and offloading machines efficiently and safely

The Person
- Previous experience in a manufacturing or production environment (preferred but not essential)
- Comfortable working with machinery and manual handling tasks
- Strong attention to detail and quality
- Reliable, punctual, and able to work night shifts
- Good team player with a positive attitude

Monday – Thursday: 18:00 – 04:30
Friday: 15:30 – 21:15
Pay Rate
£12.71 per hour + £1.61 per hour night shift allowance
