JDR Recruitment are looking to recruit a Depot Operative to join our client in Congleton CW12. As the depot operative you will support the yard and warehouse operations including moving and loading products using the FLT counterbalance truck. This position is temporary to permanent after 12 weeks.

Working Hours: Monday - Thursday 7.30-4.30 (Friday 7.30-3.30)

Pay Rate: £13.50 per hour - 38.5 hour working week

In order for you to be considered must have the below:

  • Full, UK driving license (25 Years or older, No more than 3 points on licence)
  • A minimum of 1 years experience in a similar role

The Role:

  • Delivering and collecting materials using the company vehicle
  • Loading products on to the vans and storing in the warehouse
  • Receiving inbound deliveries and storing away
  • Check, record and report stock levels for ordering
  • Maintaining cleanliness of the yard area
  • Cleaning and storage of company vehicles
  • Assist in delivering/fitting of products

Skills:

  • Able to work alone or within a small team
  • Ability to problem solve
  • Ability to follow and give instruction
