A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Recruitment Resourcer to join a growing organisation based in Bolton. Our client is a leading independent healthcare provider specialising in NHS ophthalmology services, delivering high-quality care to patients across the UK. The Role

You will support a busy recruitment function, helping to attract, engage, and onboard talent across the business. Key responsibilities include:

  • Posting job adverts and proactively sourcing candidates
  • Searching CV databases and engaging candidates via LinkedIn
  • Conducting telephone screenings
  • Coordinating and supporting interviews (including note-taking)
  • Managing candidate compliance and documentation
  • Supporting recruitment campaigns and events

This is a fast-paced, people-focused role ideal for someone who is organised, proactive, and confident communicating at all levels.

About You

  • Previous recruitment or resourcing experience (agency or in-house)
  • Strong communication and telephone skills
  • Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
  • Comfortable working with confidential information
  • Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment

Working pattern: 5 days onsite initially, reducing to 2 days onsite once established

Hours: Flexible (8:00–4:00, 8:30–4:30, or 9:00–5:00)

Pay rate: £13.85 per hour

Start date: 28th May or 1st June

Team size: Small, collaborative team environment
