We are recruiting for a Baler Operative to join our manufacturing client in Leeds. This is a temporary to permanent role, so it's a great opportunity to get your foot in the door with a fantastic company. This is a full-time position working rotational shifts Monday to Friday; successful candidates must be flexible for different hours.
What you'll be doing:
- Empty pins within the production area
- Compact scraps and make them into bales
- Maintain and keep a safe and clean working environment
- Ensure the correct use of PPE at all times
- Complete a weekly cleaning schedule
What we're looking for:
- Previous experience within a similar Baler or Operative role
- Able to manage your own workload as well as work as a team
- Confident following warehouse safety and PPE rules
- Hardworking and reliable individual
Hours of work:
Monday to Friday, 3 week rotational shift pattern:
- Week 1: 6am-2pm
- Week 2: 2pm-10pm
- Week 3: 10pm-6am
