Guest Services Manager required for an outstanding luxury hotel based on the outskirts of London. This award-winning hotel has excellent facilities including 120 bedrooms, extensive food and beverage outlets, a busy M&E venue and a world class spa.
Our client is looking to recruit a Guest Services Manager to help support the front of house operation to ensure a seamless 5-star experience is maintained throughout the front of house areas within the hotel. The role will have accountability for the guest journey, ensuring all guests requests and requirements are managed effectively during their stay.
This is a broad front of house orientated role and will suit someone that enjoys a front facing position and making the guest experience memorable. This role will be suitable for a candidate that may be currently working as a duty manager or front of house supervisor and who is looking to develop their career within front of house operations. Ideally, your experience has been based within a quality hotel environment.
