This four-star hotel are currently recruiting for an enthusiastic and experienced Sous Chef to join their brigade. Benefits are:

With 35 bedrooms, fine dining restaurant (60 covers) and small banqueting (100 covers) this Sous Chef role will focus on getting a consistent level of high-quality dining through out the property. Supporting and deputising for the Head Chef. You will supervise a team of seven chefs plus kitchen porters. You must also have experience of ordering, rotas, and menu development.
For this Sous Chef role you must have had experience of 1 – 2 AA rosette fine dining before and be able to demonstrate strong leadership skills.
