This beautiful five red star hotel is currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen as Senior Sous Chef to assist the Executive Head Chef. With a Michelin star restaurant and an extremely busy wedding and events business, this is a demanding but rewarding culinary environment.
As Senior Sous Chef, you will be required to supervise and develop a brigade of 16 chefs, deputise for the Executive Chef in his absence, contribute to menu development, and be on top of all kitchen health and hygiene regulations.
For this Senior Sous Chef role, you must have worked in five star hotels or 3 AA rosette/Michelin Star environments before. You must be well-organised and able to cope with volume as well as fine dining.
