This well-known and established business is seeking a manager to manage the main restaurant, with 100 covers with additional outdoor dining for 60 covers.
The hotel is renowned for their restaurant and bar, showcasing a high-end casual dining concept.
The restaurant manager will work closely with the senior management team to ensure exceptional levels of service are maintained throughout the F&B department.
The role will focus on managing the team, providing training, support and clear direction.
Our client is looking for a natural host who enjoys developing and fine tuning a high level restaurant concept. Indepth experience of working in a quality hotel restaurant environment is highly desirable for this position.
