This stunning Country House Hotel, set within extensive and beautifully maintained grounds, is seeking an experienced and inspirational Executive Head Chef to join its senior leadership team during an exciting new chapter for the business.

With a variety of dining outlets and a thriving banqueting operation, the hotel offers fresh, modern European cuisine that focuses on quality, simplicity, and excellent value. As Executive Head Chef, you will oversee and develop a brigade of approximately 15 chefs, driving standards across all food offerings. You will be responsible for creating innovative seasonal menus using the best locally sourced produce, while maintaining tight control of food margins, labour costs, and overall kitchen performance.

The ideal candidate will have a strong background within high-volume, quality-led hotels and currently be operating at Head Chef or Executive Head Chef level. Experience managing multiple food outlets alongside substantial banqueting and events is essential, as is a proven ability to lead teams, maintain exceptional standards, and deliver strong commercial results.
