Hotel Manager required for a luxury country house hotel and venue based in the midlands. With 45 bedrooms, this hotel is a classic country house offering exceptional facilities, including a fine dine restaurant and extensive meeting and events space.
Our client is looking to recruit an experienced hotel manager to oversee the day to day running of this luxury boutique hotel. The position will require strong leadership, leading from the front and inspiring a team of HOD's.
Whilst the position will manage all aspects of hotel operations, food and beverage will be an area that will require the most focus. Therefore, we do require a hotel manager with particular strengths in quality F&B, ideally with a strong background in fine dine restaurants (Michelin experience would be highly desirable but not essential).
This is an evolving role and requires a hotel manager who enjoys a visible and front facing role. Established experience in 4/5 boutique hotels is preferred, together with competent experience of managing budgets and a strong background in people management.
