Food and Beverage Manager

Food and Beverage Manager required for a luxury 5 star independent hotel based on the outskirts of London. This 140-bedroom property has outstanding facilities including a all day dining brasserie, 2 aa rosette destination restaurant, coktail bar and lounge, terrace and room service. The hotel is well established and with an excellent reputation in the marketplace. The is well populated by non-residents, in particular, with regular bookings in the restaurant and bars. Our client is looking to recruit an experienced food and beverage manager to oversee all aspects of F&B within the hotel. 5 star F&B management experience would be highly desirable for this position. The role will be responsible for managing a team of outlet managers and their teams. The department employs approximately 60 full time. We are looking to recruit a food and beverage manager who has been exposed to managing high volume quality F&B operations. The role will require a strong natural leader, someone that likes to show visibility on the floor and lead from the front. The F&B manager will own the F&B budget and will have the accountability for the commercial performance of the department. This role will report directly into the General Manager.
