This impressively situated restaurant with rooms is currently looking for an Executive Chef to join the senior management team and take complete control of kitchen operations. With a completely fresh food operation (Modern European cuisine), you will be operating at high volume levels from breakfast through to lunch and dinner.
Making sure you fit the guidelines as an applicant for this role is essential, please read the below carefully. You will have two Head Chefs (2 kitchens) reporting in and 25 chefs. Your job will be to effectively manage and develop them, leading from the front with a hands-on management style.
As there is no Head Office, as Executive Chef you will be required to introduce innovative menu ideas where appropriate and ensure food cost and payroll targets are achieved. For this Executive Chef role, you must have worked to at least Head Chef level in a high-quality restaurant/hotel environment and be able to demonstrate a track record in a high volume service.
Along with a decent basic salary, there is an opportunity to earn up to £9.5K (per annum) in tips. Help to find accommodation can be given to someone who is relocating.
