Part of a small independent hotel group, this outstanding business has developed and seen significant growth over the last year and boasts a high-end restaurant celebrating local produce.
Our client is looking to recruit a general manager to oversee all aspects of the hotel operation. This is a hands-on role, leading the team from the front and happy to engage in service and operations.
The hotel employs a team of 60 and requires a manager that can offer strong leadership, direction and support to all members of the team. Demonstrating a genuine desire to nurture talent and promote development will be a key focus.
To be considered for this role, we are looking for a candidate that has a strong background in quality F&B / restaurant operations and ideally with a competent understanding of accommodation.
