Director of Rooms required for an outstanding luxury hotel based on the outskirts of London. This well established business has benefited from significant investment over the last 5 years and now represents one of the leading country house hotels in the UK. The hotel has 130 bedrooms, extensive F&B including two restaurants, dedicated M&E space and a world class spa.

Our client is looking to recruit a Director of Rooms to take accountability for reception, reservations, housekeeping and maintenance. This is a senior leadership role within the business, with a team of approximately 60 reporting into the Director of Rooms, and a reporting line directly into the general manager.

This is a key role within the business with a strong focus on delivering exceptional guest experiences whilst maintaining consistent 5-star standards within the department. This role would either suit a rooms division manager that is looking for a broader remit or perhaps a strong rooms orientated operations manager that is looking to diversify their experience.
