This beautiful five red star hotel is currently looking for an experienced Sous Chef to join the kitchen as Senior Sous Chef to assist the Executive Head Chef.

With a Michelin star restaurant and an extremely busy wedding and events business, this is a demanding but rewarding culinary environment.

As Senior Sous Chef, you will be required to supervise and develop a brigade of 16 chefs.
