Assistant Manager required for a luxury independent boutique country house hotel and restaurant. This outstanding hospitality business is well established, located in a beautiful part of the Kent countryside. The restaurant is a high end, quality driven business, promoting local produce and seasonal menus.
Our client is looking to recruit an assistant manager / mixologist who will assist in the running of a busy cocktail bar. The assistant manager will oversee the outlets that include the main bar, restaurant bar and outdoor beverage service during summer service.
Putting together drinks lists, designing cocktail menus, staff training and development of a small team dedicated to the bar department will form part of the key responsibilities for the assistant manager.
