JDR Recruitment are recruiting for a reliable and motivated Part-Time Office Administrator to join our client based in Warrington WA1.

Location: Warrington WA1

Working Hours: Monday to Thursday 9.30am until 2.30pm (25 hours per week)

Pay Rate: up to £13 per hour (dependant on experience)

The Role:

  • Answer incoming calls and direct them to the appropriate departments
  • Book in deliveries (pallets and parcels) and arrange collections
  • Raise pro forma invoices
  • Process card payments
  • Maintain accurate filing systems
  • Organise and distribute incoming and outgoing post
  • Log and maintain data using Microsoft Excel
  • Provide general administrative support as required

Skills / Experience:

  • Confident and professional telephone manner
  • Willingness to learn and develop new skills
  • Strong team player with a positive attitude
  • Working knowledge of Microsoft Office
