Our client is an expanding thriving property design, refurbishment and maintenance business looking for a proactive, disciplined, motivated and results‑oriented candidate to lead the Commercial Professional role, responsible for all commercial activity and financial accounting, working closely with the wider management team and operational staff. You will support key business decisions and drive continuous improvement across processes. Key Responsibilities
- Work closely with the management and operations teams to manage commercial activities from costing through to completion.
- Maintain close liaison with external clients and all internal departments.
- Participate in bidding for tenders.
- Cost work and submit costings.
- Collaborate with broader management on all commercial matters.
- Conduct liaison with clients and attend meetings as necessary.
- Track, report, and manage all costings.
- Forecast sales and overhead.
- Handle day‑to‑day company finances and accounts.
- Process payments and manage credit, invoicing, and cash collection.
- Balance and manage banking activities.
- Prepare and present monthly and annual accounts.
- Submit VAT returns.
- Manage the budget.
