We are currently recruiting for an experienced Production Team Leader to join our production client in the Spalding area. This is a permanent role with a well-established organisation. The position is full-time, with a 2-2-3 shift pattern. Salary: £29,528 per annum.

What You'll Be Doing- Lead the production line team to ensure results and delivery of orders
- Management and performance of a designated production line
- Ensuring all aspects of production are in line with compliance and quality standards
- Achieving departmental KPIs set for the team
- Train new and inexperienced team members in line with training plans
- Previous experience in a Supervisory/Team Leader role in a production environment
- Effective time management skills
- Communication and people skills
- Experienced and competent working to KPIs
- People management skills to support and motivate your team
- Previous experience of working in the fresh produce industry is desirable but not essential.
