As their new PA, you\’ll be the driving force behind the smooth running of our operations, supporting the GM with a wide range of administrative and operational tasks. This is a permanent role with a salary of £30,000 per year. You\’ll enjoy 24 days of holiday plus bank holidays, working hours of 7:30am to 4:30pm with a 30-minute break. Occasional earlier start or later finish may be required. Key Responsibilities Support the GM with all their day-to-day tasks and become an integral part of the leadership team. Gain exposure to the inner workings of a dynamic, fast-paced business environment. Attend all meetings involving the GM, taking notes, sharing actions, and ensuring accountability. Support the GM with R&D and operations admin work, including project tracking, supplier management, and business travel arrangements. Prepare weekly KPI reports for management meetings and assist with expense claims and purchasing needs. Provide backup support for the customer service team and help with inbound call answering when required. Gradually take on email management responsibilities for the GM. Preferred Qualifications Proven experience as a PA or executive assistant, supporting senior leaders effectively. Excellent organisational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure.
