Warm leads, no cold calling. We are partnering with a fast-growing client in Leeds to recruit for their sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity to work for an organisation that has grown by 75% in the last year with no plans to slow down. You will be working in a busy and dynamic environment speaking to warm leads and working to achieve targets.
Role details
- Salary: £30,000 per annum, OTE £70k. The OTE is £70k with top earners achieving £90k+ for the year.
- Location: Office based in LS11, Leeds.
What You'll Be Doing
- Contacting warm leads to discuss various products and services
- Building rapport with customers to understand their needs and circumstances
- Speaking with customers via telephone and video call
- Overcoming objections from customers
- Working to achieve and exceed targets
What We're Looking For
- Previous experience within a sales role - this could be telephone or face to face
- Confident working in a target driven environment
- Hardworking and driven individual
- Great people skills and ability to build rapport
Hours of work
- Monday to Wednesday: 10:30am-8pm
- Thursday to Friday: 8:30am-6pm
- 1 in 4 Saturdays: 9am-5pm
