Responsibilities:
- Operating machinery safely and efficiently

Hours of Work:
- Core hours: Monday-Thursday, 8am-5pm; Friday, 8am-3pm
- Flexibility required: During peak periods, 12-hour shifts may be needed (with plenty of notice)
- Overtime: Paid at x1.5 and x2
