The predicted salary is between 26100 - 29100 £ per year.

Location: Kingston-Upon-Thames

Salary: £26,100 (£28,700 OTE)

Hours: 40 hours per week / 5 out of 7 days / covering hours between opening and closing times

Start Date: ASAP

Job Responsibilities:

  • Provide exceptional customer service in person, over the telephone and via e-mail
  • Proactively identify customer needs and maximise sales opportunities
  • Contribute to achieving individual & team sales targets
  • Maintain high standards of store presentation, cleanliness and organisation
  • Support the smooth day-to-day running of the store, including opening and closing duties
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to create a positive and engaging team environment
  • Ensure all administration is completed accurately and on time

Skills / Experience:

  • Previous experience in a customer-facing or sales environment (retail experience desirable but not essential)
  • A passion for delivering outstanding customer service
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to build rapport quickly
  • A positive, enthusiastic attitude with a willingness to learn
  • Target-driven mindset with the confidence to upsell and promote products
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and independently when required
  • Good organisational skills and attention to detail
  • Flexible approach to working hours including early and late shifts
