JDR Recruitment are currently recruiting on behalf of our client for an experienced Commercial Gas Safe Engineer with a strong mechanical background. This is an excellent opportunity to join a well-established business offering stable hours, competitive pay, and strong benefits.

Responsibilities

  • Installation, servicing, and maintenance of commercial gas heating and hot water systems
  • Planned and reactive maintenance across commercial sites
  • Fault diagnosis and repair of mechanical plant, HVAC, and associated building services
  • Ensuring compliance with current gas safety and health & safety regulations
  • Completing job reports and relevant documentation
  • Liaising professionally with clients and site teams

About You

  • Fully qualified Commercial Gas Safe Engineer with valid ACS commercial tickets
  • Strong mechanical engineering background (plumbing, heating, HVAC)
  • Experience working in commercial environments
  • Electrical knowledge and fault-finding experience (18th Edition desirable)
  • Good knowledge of building services and plant rooms
  • Able to work independently and manage workload effectively
  • Professional and customer-focused approach
