Job Responsibilities
- Ensuring all production and manufacturing equipment is maintained to the required standard
- Maintenance and management of mechanical systems across the site
- Carry out both preventative and reactive (breakdown) maintenance
- Ensure that all part stocks are maintained
- Prioritising breakdowns to ensure productivity
- Working closely with the maintenance team to support on any further duties
- Accurately log all completed works paperwork
- Working within all health and safety guidelines
Key Skills / Experiences
- Experience of mechanical maintenance on CNC wood machines
- Working maintenance experience on a direct production / manufacturing line
- Experience of working with plant and machinery within the manufacturing industry
- Ability to read and understand mechanical drawings
- Pneumatic AND Hydraulics experience
- A relevant qualification within mechanical engineering (e.g. NVQ, HND, HNC, City and Guild)
