  • Ensuring strong housekeeping across equipment storage areas onshore and offshore.
  • Liaising with QA to maintain all JDR offshore equipment, including calibrations and inspection control.
  • Ensuring all materials and calibration certificates are correctly logged, stored and available for offshore use.
  • Working closely with onshore asset teams for procurement of tools, equipment, consumables and PPE.
  • Conducting equipment checks upon return, reporting and quarantining damaged items where required.
  • Inspecting PPE such as harnesses, lifejackets and other safety equipment.
  • Supporting updates and reviews of operating procedures.
  • Conducting stock checks, audits and maintaining accurate records of equipment movements.
  • Preparing and managing material flow for offshore service teams.
  • Ensuring correct storage and handling of COSHH-regulated substances.
  • Producing up-to-date reports for the team and providing clear feedback to onshore support functions.
  • Maintaining a clean, safe and compliant work environment at all times.
  • Supporting operational flexibility and adapting to changes in plans or weather conditions.
  • Ensuring smooth shift handovers with clear communication.

What We’re Looking For:

  • Experience working as a Storekeeper / Storeman / Logistics Coordinator—ideally within WTG (Wind Turbine Generator) or offshore project environments.
  • Strong understanding of warehousing and logistics processes.
  • Proactive, efficient and able to work to high organisational standards.
  • A strong team player with effective problem-solving skills.
  • Experience with warehouse procedures and stock control.
  • Trained or experienced in PPE inspection.
