About the Role: As part of our Graduate Development Programme, you will be immersed in a fast‑paced and rewarding environment, working on innovative projects that are transforming the energy landscape. You will gain first‑hand experience by rotating through various departments, developing key skills and technical expertise in Design Engineering, Product Development, Technology and Analysis. With tailored support from our team of experts, you will have the opportunity to gain valuable insights into different aspects of our business, including working directly with stakeholders at all levels.
