About You: You will be a confident, hands-on leader with a strong background in fabrication or manufacturing operations. Ideally, you will bring:

  • Proven experience managing a fabrication, manufacturing or industrial workshop environment
  • Strong leadership and people management skills, with the ability to motivate and develop teams
  • A practical understanding of fabrication processes (plastic or pipework experience is advantageous, but not essential)
  • Experience of production planning, operational efficiency and continuous improvement
  • A proactive, problem-solving mindset with strong organisational skills
  • A commitment to high standards of safety, quality and customer service
  • The ability to work collaboratively across departments and with external stakeholders
