We are opening a branch in Cardiff and need an experienced Branch Manager to drive performance, win new business and ensure the branch quickly exceeds its commercial targets. As an independent merchant/manufacturer, JDP offers you the opportunity to make a real difference. We are looking for someone who is driven to boost sales and footfall in branch, but also with strong operational experience and a commitment to health and safety too. You’ll lead a new dedicated and dynamic team, all committed to delivering high-level customer service to ensure the success of the branch opening.
We want to hear from you if you are a current Branch Manager in the drainage or wider merchanting industry with a passion for sales and for learning our products. You should have experience leading a small team, be sales-focused, understand branch operations (including health and safety), and be customer-centric.
