We are looking to appoint an experienced Regional Operations Manager to help drive performance, develop our branch network and support our long-term strategic plans. This is not a traditional operational management role focused on day-to-day branch administration. Instead, you will act as a commercial coach, mentor and leader for approximately seven branches, empowering Branch Managers to take ownership of their businesses while providing the support, challenge and direction needed to achieve outstanding results. The Role As Regional Operations Manager, you will work closely with Branch Managers to develop high-performing branches that consistently deliver sales growth, strong margins and excellent customer service. You will help identify opportunities, remove barriers to success and ensure every branch has clear plans in place to achieve both short-term targets and long-term growth.
