We’re looking for a super-talented senior artworker to join our London team!

WHO YOU ARE

You’re an expert in your craft: confident, calm, and precise. You have a deep understanding of how creativity translates into production and a passion for bringing bold ideas to life beautifully and accurately. You’re the steady hand others trust: a problem-solver, collaborator, and mentor who ensures every detail holds up under pressure. You combine exceptional technical ability with empathy, patience and pride in raising the bar for the whole team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creative craft & technical excellence: You create repro-ready artwork of the highest standard, translating creative intent into flawless print execution. You apply expert knowledge of colour, print and finishing, balancing precision with creativity. You troubleshoot challenges with calm, find smart technical solutions, and elevate the quality of every output.
  • Studio process & project delivery: You plan and manage your own workload, ensuring projects move smoothly through the production process. You maintain clean, well-organised files with consistent naming conventions, clear layer structures and rigorous version control, supporting seamless collaboration, efficient handover and reduced production risk.
  • Collaboration & client partnership: You work closely with designers, client teams, and technical partners to achieve outstanding results. You communicate clearly and constructively, helping bridge creative and production perspectives. You inspire confidence through reliability, flexibility and deep understanding of both process and people.
  • Commercial acumen: You make decisions that protect both quality and value, balancing design ambition with print practicality. You advise teams on efficient routes to execution, identifying risks, efficiencies or cost implications early. You understand how timing, precision and process directly impact profitability and reputation.
  • Team leadership & mentoring: You play a key role in developing others: guiding juniors, supporting peers and offering calm expertise under pressure. You coach with patience, share knowledge generously and help maintain team morale and focus through busy periods. You model professionalism, accountability and empathy.
  • Innovation, sustainability & continuous improvement: You keep the studio at the forefront of production craft: experimenting with new materials, colour tools and sustainable technologies. You share discoveries, document best practices and contribute ideas that improve the way the team works and the impact of what we make.
