You’re a visual storyteller in the making: curious, motivated and eager to learn. You bring a passion for animation, a sharp eye for detail and a hunger to grow your craft. You show up ready to collaborate, take feedback with openness and support your team with energy and care. You’re beginning to connect your creativity to brand meaning and you want to create motion work that doesn’t just move – it moves people. You’ll learn how to bring brand stories to life through motion. You’ll develop technical skill in both 2D and 3D software, while gaining confidence in the creative process – from idea to execution. You’ll deepen your understanding of what makes motion graphics emotionally powerful, strategically sharp and commercially viable. Most importantly, you’ll learn how to be a valued part of a collaborative creative team.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Creative thinking & technical execution: You bring energy, originality and curiosity to every brief. You explore with imagination, refine with care, and push for work that’s emotionally resonant and brand-aligned. You begin to explore how AI tools can support your creative thinking, asset generation and visual storytelling.
  • Technical skill & software application: You use After Effects, Premiere Pro, Photoshop and Illustrator to produce high-quality 2D motion assets. You begin learning Cinema4D to support the development of 3D animations and build confidence in motion craft.
  • Studio process & project delivery: You plan and structure your time effectively. You maintain tidy files and workflows, helping keep the project on track and your collaborators supported.
  • Team collaboration & contribution: You participate actively in feedback sessions, share your progress openly and offer help when others need it. You lift the team through generosity, curiosity and care.
  • Leadership & mentoring: You lead by example through your mindset and approach. You share discoveries, support interns or peers and start modelling good habits and proactive learning.
  • Commercial acumen: You understand how your time, tools and delivery impact the wider project. You log time accurately, respect deadlines and ask smart questions to clarify scope when unsure.

Full-time, London

EXPERIENCE

This is a junior role and we’re looking for talent and aptitude more than experience or qualifications. You will have a great showreel to share with us and will likely have completed an internship or two with branding and packaging design agencies.
