Due to continued exponential growth, JDL Recruitment are looking to hire a Resourcer to join the team in the UK! This is the perfect role for someone with a couple of years experience resourcing in the mission critical market or perhaps a Consultant who prefers the candidate side of the process, as opposed to the client (while still receiving commission!). This opportunity is remote working from the UK or Dubai.
Responsibilities
- Source and identify candidates across the data centre construction and mission-critical sector
- Utilise LinkedIn, job boards and industry networks to build talent pipelines
- Screen candidates and conduct initial qualification calls
- Manage candidate relationships throughout the recruitment process
- Support consultants with CV preparation, shortlisting and interview coordination
- Maintain accurate records within the CRM / ATS system
Requirements
- Experience in recruitment resourcing or talent sourcing (mission critical sectors preferred)
- Strong communication and candidate management skills
- Comfortable using LinkedIn, job boards and sourcing tools
- Highly organised with strong attention to detail
- Interest in the fast-growing data centre industry
