JDL Contractors Ltd is a growing contractor specialising in social housing refurbishment projects, with a strong focus on kitchen and bathroom refurbishments. Due to continued workload, we are looking to recruit an experienced Plasterer to join our team.
Role & Responsibilities
- Plastering works within occupied and void social housing properties
- Skimming and re-skimming walls and ceilings
- Patch plastering and making good following kitchen and bathroom installations
- Boarding, bonding, and float & set work
- Ensuring a high-quality finish ready for decoration
- Working to high standards of safety, quality, and customer care
Requirements
- NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plastering (or equivalent experience)
- Valid CSCS card
- Previous experience in social housing or domestic refurbishment
- Ability to complete works independently and to a high standard
- Full UK driving licence
- Good communication skills and a professional attitude when dealing with tenants
