JDL Contractors Ltd is a growing contractor specialising in social housing refurbishment projects, with a strong focus on kitchen and bathroom refurbishments. Due to continued workload, we are looking to recruit an experienced Plasterer to join our team.

Role & Responsibilities

  • Plastering works within occupied and void social housing properties
  • Skimming and re-skimming walls and ceilings
  • Patch plastering and making good following kitchen and bathroom installations
  • Boarding, bonding, and float & set work
  • Ensuring a high-quality finish ready for decoration
  • Working to high standards of safety, quality, and customer care

Requirements

  • NVQ Level 2 or 3 in Plastering (or equivalent experience)
  • Valid CSCS card
  • Previous experience in social housing or domestic refurbishment
  • Ability to complete works independently and to a high standard
  • Full UK driving licence
  • Good communication skills and a professional attitude when dealing with tenants
