Overview
JDI Legal β legal recruitment specialists are working with several firms in the Tyne and Wear region that are looking to appoint a residential conveyancer.
These are full-time roles and involve inheriting a caseload of transactions, mostly Sales and Purchases with some transfer of equity, new build and remortgage, and shared ownership.
Caseloads can vary from 40β80 matters.
Responsibilities
- Inherit and manage a caseload of residential conveyancing matters (Sales and Purchases with related work such as transfer of equity, new build, remortgage and shared ownership).
- Provide a high level of service to clients, ensuring accurate and timely processing of transactions.
- Adapt to varying caseload sizes and client requirements.
- Collaborate with firms ranging from high street to Legal 500 firms.
- Depending on role, may run a caseload of private and referrer work; some positions offer hybrid working.
Qualifications & Experience
- Open to both qualified and unqualified individuals; experience may be gained through work experience, professional qualifications, or completion of a training contract.
- Location & Employment Details
Positions based in Gateshead, Sunderland, Durham and North Tyneside. Roles are full-time with potential for hybrid working in some cases.
