JDI Legal are currently working with a longstanding established solicitors practice based in a coastal town in North Tyneside. The role is for a full-time conveyancing assistant to work within the thriving residential team on site. The team is close-knit and works really well together, looking for a talented individual to come in and support.
The firm has modern systems and practices in place, including a case management system. This role is working 9-5pm and will ultimately support a range of fee earners with their transactions, including opening/closing files, diary management, liaising with clients and third parties, preparing contracts, and post-completion.
Candidates MUST have a conveyancing background and a sound knowledge of conveyancing practices and procedures. It is a fast-paced department, and the need to hit the ground running is essential. Candidates with a minimum of 1 year's experience in conveyancing would be considered.
