Position: Fitness Coach / Self‑employed Personal Trainer (part‑time, 12 hrs/week, 3 x 4‑hour shifts, monthly salary). In addition, the role includes running a self‑employed PT business from the gym with special support and incentives.

Role Overview

Your purpose is to engage with members to ensure they receive a world‑class experience on every visit. This includes cleaning, induction, class instruction, hospitality, and compliance.

Responsibilities

  • Engage with members on the gym floor
  • Deliver welcoming and engaging prospective member tours
  • Teach engaging group exercise classes
  • Conduct member inductions
  • Assist prospective members with joining JD Gyms
  • Conduct club standards checks and record results accurately
  • Provide ad‑hoc support to members as needed
  • Maintain cleanliness to highest standards
  • Ensure brand standards, safety and health compliance
  • Monitor service delivery via performance and feedback
  • Operate safely and legally at all times
  • Manage energy, environmental issues and waste
  • Analyse and present key data to support new ideas or initiatives
