Role Overview: To engage members and deliver world‑class group exercise classes and inductions, maintaining high‑level cleanliness and brand standards.

Employment Details: You will be employed part‑time (12 hours a week) as a Fitness Coach, completing three 4‑hour shifts, with a monthly salary. Additionally, you will operate as a self‑employed Personal Trainer using the gym space, paying a low monthly rent with the first month rent free.

Responsibilities:

  • Engage members on the gym floor and ensure a welcoming experience.
  • Deliver prospective member tours in line with JD Gyms brand standards.
  • Lead engaging group exercise classes.
  • Conduct member inductions and support members joining JD Gyms.
  • Carry out club standards checks and report results accurately.
  • Provide ad‑hoc support to members as required.
  • Maintain club cleanliness to the highest standards.
  • Maintain brand standards, safety and health & safety compliance.
  • Monitor service delivery via performance and member feedback.
  • Operate safely and legally at all times.
  • Consider energy, environmental issues and waste management.
  • Analyse and present key data to support new initiatives.
