  2. Coordinate the timely submission of UK/I brand planning inputs for the global brand planning calendar and 36-month planning process.
  3. Co-lead the monthly Activation Forum, managing the content calendar for marketing inputs and presenters from Category, Shopper, and Sales teams.
  4. Lead the first step of the monthly commercial process (M1), ensuring alignment of brand strategies and plans to meet commercial targets. Manage agenda, calendar, pre-reads, minutes, and performance tracking.
  5. Lead the Stage Gate process for UK & I, coordinating agenda, pre-reads, minutes, and facilitating approval of brand activation plans. Manage an annual NPD tracker to monitor performance against AOP targets.
  6. Chair the Product to Market monthly forum, ensuring timely delivery of innovation and renovation brand plans and activations.
  7. Support marketing and finance teams in managing advertising and promotional expenditure.
  8. Assist the Marketing Director in building the Annual Operating Plan (AOP), coordinating marketing inputs and working closely with finance teams for NPD forecasts.
  9. Coordinate the Marketing Team meeting agenda, including quarterly offsites, to formalize key topics for marketing excellence.
  10. Line manage one direct report, aligning priorities and maximizing support within brand teams.

Qualifications:

Must have:

  • Minimum of 3 years P2M experience in FMCG.
  • Strong relationship-building and cross-functional collaboration skills.
