Over 12 exciting months, you'll experience what drives our business from the inside out, rotating through key functions (sales, marketing, supply chain etc.) and international markets, leading a high-impact project, and working with global teams to tackle real business challenges. Please note that the location you apply for will be where you complete your first market experience. The program includes internal mobility and multiple rotations during the 12 months, offering you a chance to explore different roles and markets within JDE Peet's. We offer a relocation package and visa sponsorship where applicable. This program isn't just a start, it's a launchpad. Qualifications

  • You're on track to graduate (Bachelor's or Master's) in time for the program kick-off in September 2026 and ready to start full-time.
  • You bring fresh perspective, with a maximum of two years full-time professional experience.
  • You communicate fluently and confidently in English.

  • You've demonstrated leadership through:
