The predicted salary is between 30000 - 42000 £ per year.

Maintain pricing files (list and cost) and ensure all systems reflect correct product information. Support trade execution through accurate setup of promotions and product data. Manage key trackers (EPOS, stock holding, case log) to support planning accuracy. Manage all operational tickets in Vendor Central and Seller Central (outages, suppressions, listing and content errors). Provide reliable and timely support to internal customers (Marketplace and 1p Account Managers). Work closely with Sales, Supply Chain, Customer Service, Marketing, and Finance to gather data, assets, and inputs. Coordinate with Amazon support teams and external partners to maintain catalogue health. Support NPD listing and maintain catalogue accuracy. Upload and maintain content according to brand guidelines.

Qualifications

  • Strong organisational and multitasking abilities suited to a fast‐paced FMCG environment (FMCG industry experience preferred).
  • High attention to detail, especially in product data accuracy, pricing, and content execution.
  • Excellent communication skills for dealing with internal teams and external partners.
  • Experience in sales support, supply chain coordination, or FMCG administration (preferred).
  • Proficiency with CRM/ERP systems (SAP, Xtel or similar), eCommerce systems (preferred) and MS Office (preferred).
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • UK right to work without the need for sponsorship.
  • Ability to be based out of our Maidenhead office 3 days a week.
