Supply Chain Maidenhead Full-time United Kingdom Job Description The Integrated Business Planning (IBP) lead is responsible for the IBP process in the Marketing Leading the Monthly and weekly IBP cycle and Review meetings. The IBP lead is the voice of the local Demand Planning team in IBP cycle. Consolidate and understand the drivers behind the IBP volumes, gaps vs previous cycle and Annual Operating Plan (AOP). Communicate to the local senior management team and Central IBP team and make sure the volumes and drivers are understood. Analyze volume dynamics and identify risk -Reach a consensus with Sales, Marketing and Finance on the IBP volumes that are to be signed off by the General Manager and submitted at the end of the month. -Consolidate and understand all the drivers behind the IBP volumes and makes sure they are understood by the local senior management team and Central IBP such as Douwe Egberts, Kenco, Pilao, Old Town, Moccona, Super, Gevalia, Friele, Marcilla.
